As a prior business professional in the corporate world I understand how daily events can curb our ability to meet goals for our health. In today's 24/7 world it seems that we take care of everyone and everything else and forget about taking care of ourselves. Planning meals and fitting in exercise can be a daunting task when there are only so many hours in the day. Not to mention the thousands of media outlets telling us everyday to try a certain diet or eliminate a certain food group which makes figuring out where to start very difficult.
My philosophy is stemmed from incorporating healthy eating into your current lifestyle based on scientifically-based guidelines. I will not give you a "quick fix" or "magic pill". Unfortunately, I looked everywhere for those and they don't exist. What I will give you are the tools for you to be able to decipher what you think your body wants verses what your body actually needs.
